Return Policy
1. Return Eligibility
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Custom or personalized items are non-returnable.
- Sale items are also non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective caused by OngleOngle only.
2. Return Period
- Our policy lasts 7 days from the receipt of the order. If 7 days have gone by since your receipt, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
3. Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return.
- Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back to us.
- Any FREE gifts received from all promotions during the purchase also must be returned. Otherwise, the full, normal value of the product(s) before all promotions will be charged or deducted from the refundable amount.
4. Refunds or Exchange
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will offer either a store credit that will never expire or an exchange for another product. An exchange of a lesser value will result in a store credit for the remaining amount. An exchange of a higher value will result in an additional payment required by the customer before the exchange is fulfilled.
- A store credit is NOT transferrable to others.
- Please note that all products are handmade.
- Custom sized and custom designed products are NOT refundable or exchangeable.
